Celebed Amah's bday yesterday, and it was at some chinese restaurant at People's Park Centre, Chinatown..here are the pics! I hope u haven't forgotten how our usual celebratory chinese cuisines taste like! We were so full last nite cos ZL, me, sis, yiwei kor, Jinlong and my bro shared one whole table--meaning we had every dish to ourselves! haha damn fat. feels empty w out u n ur fam though..check out e pics! if only we could photoshop u in~ :D

FWOC whoosH!

FWOC is finally over!!! and boy was it a hell of a rollercoaster ride. Feeling pretty blown over by the fact that we'd done all that, and survived! though i think there's still some sleep-deprival post-symptoms..I haven't rested enough and School's starting!!! :(

Anyway, learnt so much about myself and got so much closer w my FWOCers.. I'm filled with so much gratitude to the Big Man above, for creating this part of my life--won't exchange nothing for the past 3months i've spent with my FWOCers, nor for the past week, despite the intense amount of pressure and activity we were involved in. It only made us stronger and more bonded, and it just feels superb when people say that this is one of the best FWOCs they've had so far..

Just for memory's sake, SLO second night i was lambasted in front of all the seniors..felt a sudden rush of heat, and was totally aware that i was buried leagues under piles of crap. Hm i guess this was the real kind of SLO treatment i was expecting from seniors..this year's was pretty mild..no harsh criticism or anything..well it was a good learning experience..that moment i just felt so incompetent and put down esp infront of ppl i never wanted to think so lowly of me. But then Ian apologised later and i accepted since there wasn't much i could do abt wad was said anyway, and I really felt i could have done a better job. Though he totally could have phrased it so much better..(x_x)

Dating game's also going on, and this year FWOCers are open to the floor for dating! i really hope someone gd does something..no one's making any moves on us yet..haha

Just celebrated Deb's bday, and ALL of us gathered in her room for a surprise..super successful! Ihope she's really really touched! cos i would def be..i love my FWOCers! i think we've really grown so close and its just great to have a new family that has gone thru thick n thin tog..well at least for 3mths..I miss every single min of FWOC..though i wun do it again..haah too bad for my bod!

Ventus, in my opinion ( and many others too) actually did e best this time out of all the OGs! ok lar, the rest were gd too, but as a FWOCer, i really really really am damn thankful the blockhead and e seniors supported me and Haox! We got the least problems cos they were always on time and did try to rahrah the freshies..and most imptly, they listened to instructions.. super glad its not ** or i'd really be screwed esp when left alone to man the OG..

Well, sch's gonna start, and studying and all..and i really gotta do smth abt my cap this sem.. reluctant to start studying again..its like i've not even spent my hols at all yet! hope this sem goes well though.

Mamboed last night w the nehs, Daryl, zc, ed and some others..my first time! pretty fun but the crowd was overwhelming! i loved the music though, but i didn't know the actions were like on stage until halfway thru..it was like, everyone just knew wad to do lah..esp the guys..some actually memorised! damn cheesy. hahaha anyway shar was so high, she just didn't really know what she was doing..just danced around everyone! spent e whole time keeping her in the circle, and she wasn't the lightest feather around.. danced damn well though!

it'd be nice if the place wasn't body-to-body packed. hm. and Mao was here recently.. Well i guess it ain't my place to say anything anymore..

just spent the entire sunday lazing around.. the absolute opposite of yesterday! super relaxed.. basically just woke up at 2pm, watched tv til 10pm..like, now. wahhaha the joys of being home on a holiday!

Yesterday was jampacked with activities though. Piano in e morning, and then met Daryl for GSS! It was such a coincidence--he msged during piano and said he wanted to shop..my exact intent for e whole day! lol..got two tops from zara, but shopping on a sat is horrid lah. so many ppl, so long queues, and terribly messy shops! ok but it was gd to catch up though, and it was one day before the GST rise! lol. i hope next wk the sale still works as effectively..

Met Odiners after shopping w Daryl @ Settler's..damn on lah my freshies!! :D played a coupla games before we had to leave e place, and proceeded to the speaker's corner opposite..where we played more games..lol. self-entertainment! had to leave early, to celeb auntie puri's bday..but i was late anyway.. :( anyhoo, it was great fun the entire day, catching up w all my peeps..

Ohyes met up with bao and justin on thurs too! spageddi's and starbucks in town..and got another two pieces from e mango sale! it was such an unexpected satisfaction..a candy top and a cool vintage dress! which bao actually really wanted..erps. abit guilty. here are the pics anyway! FWOCing again tml...~~

i have been away so long! well lots have happened! there was jUstin's bday, Father's day w e fam, and mostly..BIzAD FOC camp!! things have just been tumbling into my schedule, and its all so hectic but oh so fun!

firstly, last sat was our dear boy justin's bday..oh i know justin u won't read this but me andbao are really glad to have celebed for u! haha this is only ur big 2s..next year will bring a bigger bang when u hit the freedom digits!

Father's day was real heart-warming for me..went shopping w Haox in e afternoon for ouR Ventus clothing, and then met up w e fam for Daddy's special day @ MAnZhu in the Chinese swimming club! The food there was so much cheaper than expected, and so. the guys just ordered and ordered like mad man! they had two meals and dessert after.. it was superb! i hope ah kong enjoyed it! and all the other fathers at e table too..the cousins and us went exploring after dinner..the CSC is such a nice place to work out! i really should visit more often..make use of e amenities.. there was the pool, squash court, rooftop tennis court, and we ended up playing pingpong in this room full of sporty old uncles and aunties...

it was super fun!! hahaa all six of us crowded around e table, 3 vs 3, and then the game started..basically it was just to keep the ball off the ground for as long as possible.. super hilarious! it was like, whack ar!! since ge and yiwei gor are more tennis players than tabletennis players anyway..the game changed from pingpong, to tennis, to soccer, to golf, and basketball, all the different moves evolving..had a ball of a time! i love my fam~

anyway, the biggest event this wk was FOC196! basically it reps the date for the 4D3N camp.. actually i just signed up for councillor and was planned to do it half-heartedly, since FWOC was my main focus..butbut, things turned out fantabulously! ODiN rocks! so glad i really put in as much as could..was mostly the cheer i/c and helped provide a few cheers.. the juniors were superb!! i AM SO PROUD of yOU guys! the freshies spontaneously carried the show on themselves..and well, probably by luck, we won 4 out of e 6 nike prizes, and despite e point/flag system thingy, we won many games and had so much fun in the meantime..the skit was the ultimate showdown! A for team effort ar!! woo~ we won $200 worth of prizes! this year's canvassing really rocks. heh well, it was a gd experience for me, twice already! once as a freshie, now as a councillor..both times were really memorable too! oh yes, this year, not forgetting the fright night part, whre me n sis were dressed as twin ghosts..pics will be up soon! it was super exciting..but sorry Odinites, the bad planning behind it all kinda screwed it up for u guys..that was a real pity. no worries u guys can do it back to e jrs' next yr! :P

yep ok enough of updates! starting work @ FWOC again tml, and things are gonna get real busy again, w SWOC abt 3wks away and my piano exam 3days after..ahh..goodluck to me!!

Whee! just MAYDAYed with tzeling!it was awesome! not as fantastic as Li Hom's, but i had loads more fun! maybe cos it's easier being myself, dancing and screaming along w tzeling..enjoyed myself superbly!

WuYueTian is like so you mo qi! the group just coordinated so well onstage..and though there were many new songs which i dunnoo,i still had so much fun cos there were some really fab songs like tianshi and some good ole mayday oldies.. anyway..thought of so many things..
