2009-2010!!

The transition to the year 2010 was fun fun FUNN!!! I'm really glad I had such awesome company, and didn't have a boring one that I guess I had last year? I can't remember top off the mind now. But anyway. tons of pictures will be up of just now I am very sure. :)

Gosh I am really dead beat and it's 4.30am now but I have to write this. Now now, we cannot start the year, no, decade (!!), with laziness, can we? :D Which was also why today at work I left late (it was half day though) and almost had a heart attack finishing all my work cos I really wanted it done TODAY..

It's really fast. 2009 has really been a year of closures for me. Once, with Command with my FYFs0809; the best Command I could ever ask for..and then after having a beautiful summer in the USA; a reluctant departure with a growing love for the country and a newfound love..and then 6months later a quiet, heart-wrenching tug away from hall alone on Boxing day, just me and my favourite place of these 3 years or so, and moving home..a start of a whole new chapter of re-nesting and habit-recreating.

So much has happened and despite everyone putting up pictures and reminiscing the past year or decade, I refuse to do that right now. Actually really, cos i'm really damn shagged. haha.

Back to the countdown to 2010!! Met the CG gang and Charlynn at Timbre mobile @ ECP.. My first time..It's so pretty there! I love the enviro-friendly ambience, with the ever-entertaining GoodFellas. Good food, drinks, music and company, what more is there to ask for? :D

It was a pretty darn good time we were having, me, very much charmed by the voices of the GoodFellas and the infectious fun they looked like they were having onstage, and we played some cards too, which was quite funny.. had some drinks (2 Kamikaze shots, 1 Pina Colada and half a Heineken), and had tons of pictures taken all the way til we left and hit the beach!!

It was awesome, minutes before countdown the staff handed out party stuff, and we started spraying partystring and blowing those party things..and then the clock struck midnight and the ships blared their horns twice or thrice? and shot out those emergency red lights into the sky like fire works!

Plus, guess what's special tonight? It's a blue moon night!! Can u believe how cool it is? The night was brightly lit by a full moon..the second one this month! Hence the name blue moon.

So cool right!! What a perfect start to the new year!

We hit the beach and played with sparklers..the standard sparkler air-drawings ensued, and tons of pictures taken! Some are damn nice! Like the one that says (marry me) and Charlynn's and my huge heart!! Oh well will post when pics are uP!

okok anw the beach part was okay apart from being disgusted from the noisy bangla bunches everywhere on the beach (i deduced that it was actually quite sad for them cos they have to spend NY's overseas and with other guy workers..it's practically NS overseas!) and moving on to campgrounds--well u can almost call it that cos everyone got their tents up on every possible space (super sad! Our beach looked like a renovation site with ppl camping on them!! :( )..

Let's just say I wouldn't show any foreign friends ECP during seasons like this?? Arghh damn sad, the lack of land and natural resources..

Still, we have lots to thank for, and anyway I still had a wonderful night!! Pics will be up soon!

Okay technically i fell asleep and finished the last two phrases on NY's day, 1/1/10!! hahaha
