There'd be no Monday Blues for me this sem, cos Monday's my free day!! *beams*
Of course, I'd obviously be doing something constructive on this day then, cos I shouldn't be starting the week off by bumming around, should I? So. Here's what I worked with this afternoon.. a cheesecake! STrawberry cheesecake to be exact. Yummy!
Okay it was pretty random, because Mindy's mom brought back 6 boxes of ripe strawberries from her Korean supermart, and they're all bursting with ripeness and ready to decompose, so yesterday I thought we'd do a cheesecake cos it's e easiest to do without a stove here in hall! And so we did.
I went down to Shengxiong to get the essentials, and got sis and mindy to do the grinding and mixing of biscuit base and philly cheese with condensed milk.. It was done pretty quickly! We were quite surprised that when we were done, only 2hours had passed..It was fun doing it too, and right now it's sitting in the freezer, waiting for the gelatine to kick in. I practised my BNJ cake deco skills, but they're kinda rusty already..so here's what we came up with!
Can't wait for tonight when we reveal our Berrybaby after PT for touchrug! Mmm..what a sin. ((:
